2 Day Strength and conditioning Training


Tuesday and Thursday
2.00pm – 3.15pm
Ages 10-16 years old

All sessions will be run by Jonny Milliken who is a fully qualified strength and conditioning coach. In these sessions the kids will do various exercises to improve overall fitness which will be beneficial in all sports, including speed and agility, strength and resistance, and flexibility and stability. Places are limited.
